This small maple wood tool is perfect for twisting the strands of the fringes.
To make the fringes, attach half the number of strands you want for a twist in one tong and the other half in the other. Rotate the crank clockwise until you get the right twist. Make a simple knot that unites the ends and help the ply intertwine.
