Refund policy

RETURN or EXCHANGE

We accept returns and exchanges for 14 days of receiving your order on unopened and unused items other than books, patterns, online or in-person classes, gift cards, yarns and fibers.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with your order, as well as an administration fee of $20 + 5% of the price of the product before taxes.

For all returns, contact us by e-mail at info@tisseetfile.com and include your order number or receipt.

Please note that special orders, sale items, promotional offers, books, patterns, online or in-person classes, gift cards, yarns and fibers are final sales.

 

RETURN IN CASE OF BREAKAGE OR DEFECT

Contact us immediately by phone or e-mail. The response will be adapted to each situation. If necessary, we'll give you the information you need to return the damaged item or part free of charge and receive an exchange.
