Love the Chloe concept but want more room for your projects? The Mirrix Chloe 10" Loom takes the features that make the smaller Chloe looms so appealing — adjustable warp tension and interchangeable sett combs — and brings them to a larger format with a 10" (25.4 cm) weaving width.

Designed for both tapestry and bead weaving, it offers an excellent balance between portability and usable weaving space. Its two threaded rods also provide greater structural stability than the 5" and 8" Chloe looms.

Choose your loom with one of six available setts: 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 or 18 dpi, and add additional pairs of combs later as your projects evolve.

Why choose the Chloe 10"?

The Chloe 10" was developed for weavers who appreciate the simplicity and portability of the 5" and 8" Chloe looms but want more weaving width and greater stability.

With a 10" weaving width, it provides enough space for substantial small tapestries, larger samples and wider bead-weaving projects without requiring you to move to a Mirrix Classic Series loom.

Its two-threaded-rod construction is another important difference from the two smaller Chloe models. This creates a wider, more stable structure while retaining the integrated tensioning system that defines the Chloe line.

Choose your sett

The Chloe uses a pair of interchangeable sett combs to maintain consistent warp spacing. Six setts are available:

• 8 dpi
• 10 dpi
• 12 dpi
• 14 dpi
• 16 dpi
• 18 dpi

You choose one pair of combs with your loom. Additional pairs can be purchased separately, allowing you to adapt the same loom to different yarns, bead sizes and projects.

A loom for tapestry and beads

The Chloe 10" is designed to work with both fibres and beads.

For tapestry, the ability to change the sett allows you to adapt the warp spacing to your materials and the type of fabric you want to create. For bead weaving, the different setts make it possible to better match the spacing to the size of the beads being used.

Adjustable tension while you weave

Like the other Chloe looms, the 10" model features an integrated tensioning system that allows you to adjust warp tension while you work.

This is an important advantage over a simple weaving frame, where tension depends primarily on the initial warping.

The ability to make adjustments is particularly useful for tapestry and bead weaving, where a stable and consistent warp contributes directly to the quality of the finished piece.

Chloe 5", 8" or 10"?

All three Chloe looms are based on the same concept: a compact loom with adjustable warp tension and interchangeable sett combs. Your choice depends primarily on how much weaving space you need.

• Chloe 5": the smallest and lightest option. Ideal for very small tapestries, jewelry, sampling and maximum portability.
• Chloe 8": an excellent balance between working space and an extremely compact format.
• Chloe 10": provides additional width and stability with its two-rod construction while remaining easy to transport.

If you want a Chloe with the largest possible weaving area, the 10" model is the logical choice.

Setup and weaving position

The Chloe 10" can be used horizontally on your lap or on a table.

It can also be used vertically with the Mirrix Chloe Stand, sold separately.

At approximately 2 lb (0.91 kg), it remains lightweight enough to take to workshops, weaving groups or on your travels.
